Common partner questions.

Do I need FMCG experience to become a partner?
Implementation partners benefit significantly from FMCG consulting experience — it's what allows you to deliver value quickly. For sales and regional partners, deep industry networks matter more than technical expertise. We provide full training for all partner types.
What does the commission structure look like? +
Commission rates vary by partner type and are discussed during the onboarding conversation. Sales partners earn a percentage of MRR for the lifetime of each client introduced. Implementation partners earn on both implementation fees and ongoing MRR. We're transparent — no surprises.
How long does onboarding take? +
Typically 4–6 weeks from agreement to being able to run your first client demo independently. This includes platform training, methodology certification, and access to all sales collateral. CauSelf supports your first 1–2 client implementations directly.
Is the partnership exclusive by territory? +
Exclusivity is negotiated case by case for Regional Partners. Implementation and Sales Partners typically operate on a non-exclusive basis. If exclusivity matters for your model, raise it in the application — we'll discuss what's possible.
Can I white-label CauSelf for my clients? +
White-label options are available for Regional Partners meeting minimum volume thresholds. This is discussed during the partnership negotiation. Contact us directly if this is a priority for your model.
What support do I get during client implementations? +
All partners have a named CauSelf contact for technical support, pre-sales Q&A, and escalations. For your first implementation, a CauSelf consultant is available to support delivery alongside your team.
